The program boasts a 99 percent accuracy rate and also promises that the program's accuracy will continue to improve over time the more the program is used. Dragon NaturallySpeaking is available for both PC and Mac. The program includes a microphone for recording speech. There is also a free Dragon iPhone application.
Use Amazon's mTurk program. The mTurk program aims to connect online workers with simple tasks, such as transcribing voice to text. Register for the mTurk program as a Requester, then create a HIT (Human Intelligence Task). Choose a pay rate, and write a description. Then submit the HIT. An mTurk worker will accept the HIT and do the transcription.
